How Does Delivery Work?

We offer same-day dispatch on business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

You can expect your parcel within 7-20 days, this all depends on your region. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Details

We will deliver the products ordered to the address that has been provided for delivery when the order was placed. We ask that customers check that the delivery addresses that has been provided must be accurate, correctly inputted and include a full postcode, in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the post due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postcode being provided by the customer, Moonkie is not liable and the customer will be subject to additional product purchase charges and delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 business days before we re-dispatch the item.
