RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final item.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a withdrawal and refund, returned products must:
  • Be returned in their original packaging;
  • Be in a clean, unused, and resalable condition;
  • Include all original accessories and components, where applicable.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods and for ensuring that the products are properly returned to us in accordance with the instructions below.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Personalized or custom-made products, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival;
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
For health and hygiene reasons, products that come into direct contact with a child's mouth may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they are defective. This may include, but is not limited to:
  • Pacifiers
  • Teethers
  • Baby feeding accessories
  • Straws, spouts, and drinking components
  • Other oral-contact products
These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by a clear statement, such as by email at info@moonkieshop.com. You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may reduce the reimbursement amount if the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

6. Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Please ensure that our return address is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

After preparing your return:
  • Securely package the item(s) for shipment.
  • Affix the appropriate postage.
  • Drop the package off at your local post office or parcel collection point.
  • After sending your return, please notify us by email and provide the tracking number, if available.
We strongly recommend that you retain your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
